Frequently Asked Questions.
Thanks so much for signing up to support accessible sports and Sudbury para-athletes.
Can I register on the day of the event?
Yes, we will be offering registrations on the day of the event. Please arrive by 9:00 am for the 60km loop, or by 12:00 pm (noon) for the 18km loop. Bring cash, as we will have limited ability to accept cards for payment. We will also have merch for sale as well.
Where do we meet?
All rides are leaving from the United Steelworkers Hall. We will have plenty of parking on site. Please look for volunteers as they will be there to guide you with parking if needed. When you arrive please head over to the Registration Tent, so we can get you signed in.
When are we supposed to arrive?
Please Remember that the rides start at a different time!
We ask that you show up at least 45 mins before the ride leaves to allow for sign-in or registration.
60km group leaves at: 10:00 am
18km leaves at: 1:00 pm
How are the rides escorted?
We are working to have both police and ambulance escorts with one vehicle up front and one in the rear. We ask that no rider passes the front vehicle as they are there to control the traffic.
You will also have volunteers and ride leaders in your group, don't be afraid to ask them questions. The ride leaders can be identified by looking for a rider of The Rolling Circus. They should be easy to spot in their clown cycling kit.
When will we arrive back?
All rides converge together and will ride back to the Hall together as a parade. We will be arriving at approximately 2:15 pm
What will be available at the after-ride event?
After the ride at the hall, we will have food available to purchase and a Silent Auction with amazing gifts. We will also have hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, pop, water, and beer. *We prefer that cash is taken as a payment option, but may be able to take credit cards if needed, Please remember to bring some cash*
